Step 1: Confirm Booking

  • To secure your reservation, a deposit of USD 800 per person is required. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. This amount will be credited toward the total tour cost.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, your dedicated trip consultant will assist you with all remaining arrangements and guide you through the final payment steps.
  • The full payment is due at least 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date, full payment is required immediately.

Step 2: Trip Preparation

  • Two weeks before departure, you will receive your finalized itinerary, travel notes, and practical tips to ensure you are fully prepared.

Step 3: Start Traveling

  • Meet your guide and fellow travelers on the scheduled meeting day. During your journey, our team will provide assistance whenever needed.

  • Travel Agency Liability Insurance during the tour.

Exclusions

  • International flights to/from China. Or, transportation to the tour starting point and from the tour ending point to other cities in China.
  • China visa fees.
  • Gratuities to guides and drivers and any expense of a personal nature.
  • Travel insurance is not included. Please purchase travel insurance before your trip to protect for any unforeseen circumstances.

Important Information

  • The itinerary may be slightly adjusted due to temporary official closure of the museums or sites.
  • Arrival and departure transportation are not included, but can be booked at extra expenses if you want us to help with booking.
  • Your seat on high speed train can be upgraded with extra fee.
  • A single room supplement will be applied for guests requiring individual accommodation
